Biscuits, NO gravy. I have been to this restaurant numerous times; in fact this chain is also in the north bay area, where I happen to be from, and I have eaten there several times before; never have I had the experience that I had this evening. I ordered biscuits and gravy, as my main course, so this was not a side. As you can see the biscuits are huge, I literally got a few teaspoons of gravy, we waved the waitress over, and, politely asked the her to please bring me some more gravy, she even was shocked at the amount ... read more

I have been to this one before we loved it but tonight it was horrible never got refills unless I asked my frys were soft and drenched in oil. My sons food had a hair it in and the waitress spilled his syrup cup all over his food lets just said he didnt eat much I likes to dip it now all.over. And the waitress was way too friendly sound bad but made me feel uncomfortable on how she was acting fake not her self. Idk if we will go back to this mine. My family and I went to try Black Bear Diner on Monday and waited over 10 min for someone to come over and greet us. No one ever came so we left..m don't think I'll be going back...
I've been to the Black Bear Diner located in West Jordan as well as West Valley and I've experienced such horrible customer service before in my life. We've come to Black Bear for nearly every birthday, holiday, and event in the last year and half and not one time, was it a pleasant experience. The food itself is usually good, however, EVERY single time the order is wrong.
