Went there last night thinking it would be just as good as the others... Definately not the case. Didn't get what I ordered, saw our server 3 times while we were there, and then she had the nerve to ask what was wrong when the Mgr told her we were not satisfied. We were not the only ones that had issues either. The Mgr offered a free dessert to go as compensation.. no thank you. Hostess didn't say a single word to us and didn't even offer us a high chair for our one year old, my husband went and tracked one down. Breakfast menu had weird pricing, my meal and my husband's meal were the same price and almost the same thing but he ended up with more food (2 extra meats I believe). I also asked if they had anything other than maple syrup (slight allergy) to put on my pancakes and was told a simple 'no'. Scrambled eggs were awful, like the garbage you get from McDonald's. Got seated and sat there for twenty minutes as we watched 3 or 4 waiters/waitresses pass by us several times without taking our order or even asking if we had been helped. So we just walked out.

I went to dinner at this location tonight and had the worst service ever!! Then when I complained to the manager he was rude and disrespectful to me and my party!! I will never eat at this location again and I will make sure none of my friends or family ever does either!! :(

We come 2 this location @ least once or twice a month 4 the free kids meals & my nephew always gets the new york steak on the kids meal!! However 2nite we told that they dont allow u get the kids steak!! This is so stupid since 2 weeks ago he got the steak & we had no problem getting it 4 free!! If there is something on the kids menu not included the maybe they should tell the consumer when they r ordering instead of paying!!! I definitely wont b coming back here again!! :(
