Under staffed, my steak under cooked, wait time was long, however country gravy was really good, my husbands country fried steak was delicious I ended up eating most of his. Our server Courtney was absolutely AMAZING given she was the only one I saw working our section and there were 9 full tables. We will be back thank you to Courtney ��
We waited 1 hour for our food, on a Thursday night. 20 minutes in they told us they were out of the pot pie, so someone in our party had to order something different. The food was okay at best. Had to send back one meal because the meat was very undercooked, at that point we didn't even want to order anything else. Pot roast was mushy. Then, the server didn't split our tickets and the cashier acted very put out that we came up there with a ticket to split. It just seemed very unorganized. Will not be going back!

I've been going to the west valley location for a while now. I'm always underwhelmed with the food. Something is always wrong with food. Cold hash browns, runny eggs, passing off fried eggs as a scrambled etc, etc, etc. The last time I complained I got a smirk and "hmm ok". I'm not looking for free food but rather good food. Sorry people you lost a customer.

The server was awful got our food before our soup and salad kept forgetting things just not a good experience
The server was friendly. The table next to ours was vacant with dirty dishes. It stayed that way for over 15 minutes, they were NOT busy. I ordered the turkey pesto sandwich. Menu states "slathered" with pesto. ....um actually less than a quarter sized dollop in the middle of the bun. Topped with avocado .... half the sandwich had a less than inch square chunk, the other half had a very very small slice. The server did bring me more at my request, but I should not have had to ask. Service and place is good looking but 11$ for a grilled chicken salad is too much when the salad looks like a Truck Stop salad.! That 1 Star is for the kind waitress who served us... If you need a different looking expensive restaurant than this is the right place for you... (but eat smthng before you come here.!)
