Poor service, they take forever to even notice you are at a table. After 30 minutes we left with no service at all. Not the first time this has happened. They never even ofered a glass of water. There are too many other places to go eat who knows about customer service.
I just got handed an old New York steak when they told me they ran out. At first it was going to be 1 10 oz ribeye with egg combo. Then the waiter said he could do two kids 6 oz. They only brought one out knowing well enough it was a kid steak and that there was only one. I asked about the other and multiple people came up and one lady said she'd get the other one started. First two steaks supposedly 8 oz sirloin, 1 m 1 Mr, both were well well done and around 4-5 oz which were brought to us twice by different servers, second set well well done around 5 oz cooked waiter made the mistake of making excuses, vegetables looked and tasted like they were salvaged from the Dumpster, no manager showed up for excuses, we walked out, angry hungry and very dissatisfied, each time we go it gets worse, horrible manager, and um gee I would know. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive, but waitching other waitresses, it seemed like a chore to help their customers. The gal that checked us out also seemed to struggle with liking her job. The food was great as usual.

Food is pretty good, service leaves something to be desired, and heaven forbid you ask extra dressing, apparently they have a thing against thousand island as this seems to be a recurring problem. Oh and your dinner goes to the wrong table. This place could be awesome but the mediocre service kinda ruins it for me.

The staff is great. It takes a ridiculous amount of time to get a burger (1 hour) when it isn't even that busy, and then your burger isn't fully cooked and you really want to puke but you are so hungry that you eat all but the very rawest portion of the burger. I'd say their kitchen staff needs help!
