The staff is great. It takes a ridiculous amount of time to get a burger (1 hour) when it isn't even that busy, and then your burger isn't fully cooked and you really want to puke but you are so hungry that you eat all but the very rawest portion of the burger. I'd say their kitchen staff needs help!

Now don't get me wrong it has been several years since I was a waitress....But if I would have acted the way this staff was I would have 1. Expected a very low amont in tips for the day (which is the primary part to food service wages)and 2. I would have very discreetly been spoken to from my manager about my poor attitude and lack of enthusiasm. We had to wait 1 hour to get our food, pancakes were brought to us after that hour, overall the server was great and she kept apologizing because they were short handed.

The service was the worst I ever had we waited 45 min and I was okay with the wait to be seated but we order and took nearly 35 min for the food to come my prediction was wrong we had to ask for thins we order we had to ask for coffee refills refill from other waiter and other staff. We go there often it was bad . I told the cashier when we left I thought they would call over a manager to make it better but there were not called over ....
It was good service, the food was hot, and most of all the people that work there has good attitudes.
