The desk man physically took my credit card to use in the parking meter and then gave it back to me. Not sure if his hands were clean. Then there were no kitchen linens in the room and when I asked for some, the same person did not believe me and insisted coming to my room to “show” me where they were. He even entered the elevator with me (unmasked) and I felt he was way closer than 6 feet in an enclosed space. Amid the virus outbreak I was unable to speak with Expedia so I asked the lodge directly and they denied a cancellation 2.5 days before check in. They also refused a down grade to smaller room as we had a group booking that cancelled due to the virus. There was gum and plastic in the dishwasher, stains above the bed in the wall, a sweater and kids toys under the bed, and the pull out bed had sheets from previous guest. The cleanliness is terrible. Rubbish are seen behind beds and below mattress. Furnitures are also old

Our rooms were tired looking, but relatively clean. Many items not in working order, lamp, safe, stove burner, dishwasher.
