Tyler saved our heat pump from a Chipmunk attack -- after a few days of trying to stay cool in mid 30s heat, Tyler had us back in the comfort zone in less than an hour. Also had some great advice on thermostat upgrades and preserving our heat pump's life. Very impressed with Tyler's skills, knowledge and courteous customer treatment.

I had a desperate situation with flooding in front of my house and underneath. A technician arrived on time and did an excellent job under difficult circumstances of having to wade through mud and deep water in a crawl space to install a long hose from my sump pump to exit a far-away vent. It was an unpleasant job done efficiently and without complaint. I felt very fortunate to have his good service!!!
I was really pleased with the quick proffessional service...and the fact that he wore booties into my home was a nice touch.
Brian was not personable and didn't take time to explain the system very well. I had to ask questions and felt like it was up to me to read the operation instructions. A few more minutes with the client would go a long way.
Service on fireplace inspection was great and expanding inspection to plumbing, heating and humidifier equipment was appreciated. Quote on replacing fireplace fan seemed expensive and we deferred for other quotes before fall season.
I had a problem this weekend with no hot water. I called Blair Mechanical and Logan (a technician) was sent out to determine the type of hot water tank I had, and he proceeded to pick up a replacement tank and installed it the same day. He clearly indicated the cost for the tank and installation ahead of time, and worked several hours into the evening to get it installed. He did a fantastic job and there were no hidden costs.
