Tyler and Tyler came to our place to fix the furnace. Both were very polite, respectful, on time and very professional. Would not hesitate to recommend them or call on them again in the future.
The service was prompt and professional. Serge did a great job to correct our water problem in a tight space. Very impressed with the quality of the workmanship!

Didn't show up on time - cancelled appointment at the last minute after I had taken time away from work to hold up my end of the bargain. Told us the unit would be fine on the ground. 2 people told us that...installer told us that it want possible and now have it hanging off the side of the house...not ideal. The unit kicks ass, however. House is the right temperature all the time. Glad we went with Mitsubishi.
