I had a problem with a fireplace and called for service. Carol took my call and to my surprise arranged to have a technician come to my residence within two hours. The technician,Tyler,was very pleasant and had my fireplace in good working order within an hour. I appreciated both the promptness and the courtesy of both of these employees.

Kevin did a "great" job with a complicated plumbing issue that we had. Carolyn was very empathetic and got Kevin over here to fix the leak in a very quick time. Again Blair mechanical came through for us.

I rarely give out 5 stars, but since dealing with Carolyn, everytime I hung up the phone I knew 2 things for sure: my problem would be passed on to those that needed to address it and if there were any issues I would be called back with an alternative solution that would be equally satisfying.

Had a great experience with Tyler who serviced our furnace and installed an Ecobee3 thermostat for us. Would definitely call again. Great customer service.
