It is wonderful to call a repair/service company and know they will look after every aspect of your problem. So thankful with this visit Tyler took the extra minute to check my hot water tank- when he was here to look at a heating problem- and found we were in danger of carbon monoxide poisoning from faulty gas to the tank. And next day we had a NEW Tank .
Amazing service, fantastic product, and great follow up. I would use Blair Mechanical again in a moment, and plan on recommending them to all of my friends.

It's Friday morning and your crawlspace is flooding !!! Who do you call ??? What do you do first??? I called Blair and that was the end of the problem. They sent the "best" guy over to assess the problem (DEVON). He made several phone calls and went to work! City came shut water off. Devon made his fix of a blown hose bib and called city to turn water back on. City came turned water on but OH NO ! We discovered our Hot water tank leaking badly when we woke up. We called Blair Mechanical because they used them in the past and they responded immediately and replaced the tank in a very efficient and professional manner. The area was left clean and Roberta and I were very satisfied with the service provided and we would not hesitate to refer them.
