This was the first time we had used this company. Everything went great. They did a really good job and cleaned up after themselves. Jennifer at the store was very helpful in assisting us with choosing the carpet. They replaced the carpet in the living room, dining room, the stairs and the upper hallway.
Another carpet company had said it was impossible to repair Berber carpeting, but Blakely's service department said they would be able to do it. They scheduled the repair within one week of my original call to them and 2 representatives arrived on time. In less than 30 minutes they had completed the work to my complete satisfaction. It is very hard/impossible to tell where the snags were. Blakley's serviceman repaired 2 long snags in our carpeting. He was able to reweave one snag, but the other required him to cut a piece of... read more

I was really impressed with the speed that they installed the carpet. I thought that the showroom could have had a wider selection of carpet to choose from. Make sure that the color of the carpet matches the sample you selected. Also, make sure any cash discounts are applied, before you sign the contract. The installers accidentally pushed a door knob through a wall, but Blakley's sent me a check for $50 right away, to have it fixed. We had this company install carpet in four bedrooms, hall, and stairs.

They sent someone out and they removed all the old carpet and padding. We ordered more carpet from them. We have bought carpet from them two other times. They are very good. I recommend them to anyone. They are very trust worthy. They have a variety of different kinds of carpet. You will be able to find what you want. The carpet holds up really well. They were professional and on time. They worked hard and finished ahead of schedule. They were nice to have in the home. They installed my hardwood floor. They tore out the carpeting and the tile. They didn't have to do anything to the floor before they put the wood down. They cleaned up everything.
