They were professional and on time. They worked hard and finished ahead of schedule. They were nice to have in the home. They installed my hardwood floor. They tore out the carpeting and the tile. They didn't have to do anything to the floor before they put the wood down. They cleaned up everything.

They helped with the choice of carpet and floor. They came out and measured the area that needed to be carpeted and rooms for the laminate flooring. The removed the old carpeting. The men who did the installing were very good and considerate. They hauled away the old carpet. They installed new carpets in the bedrooms, family and stairway. They installed new floors in two bathrooms.

They are always on time, and if there is a change in schedule they call ahead and make sure that it is OK with you. They are always professional. Always courteous and kind. They kept the records from four years ago and ordered additional flooring to replace part that had been damaged. They came out and measured for the exact amount of material needed and then they came out when the parts were in to install it.

THE PURCHASING WENT WELL..... WE WILL NOT HAVE THE CARPET INSTALLED UNTIL MAY 2. MRS. DIGGINS WAS VERY HELPFUL IN OUR SELECTION. SHOWED ME DIFFERENT STYLE & WAS CHEERFUL AND VERY PROFESSIONAL IN EVERY WAY. WE HAVE NOT HAD THE INSTALLATION YET.
