I think this is a very good home with lots of activities taking place. All of the staff here are very helpful, friendly and go above and beyond to help. I feel very safe and happy here. I especially enjoy the trips out as it is nice to get out for a change.

I have found all the staff looking after me during my stay (following a total knee replacement operation) so helpful, friendly and professional- which certainly speeded up my recovery. The activities and entertainment provided was of a high standard and was much enjoyed by all the residents. She food menus were varied and very tasty.

My husband has been in Blenheim House Care Centre since July 2015. He has always been treated with the utmost respect for all his personal and nursing needs. The home always keeps me informed if he falls poorly or requires anything. As a family, we are always welcome into the home and have attended many of the functions the home run, also the regular relative meets.

After a rather shaky start, greeted by 'are you the new bag lady?' ...'no I'm a patient' ... 'well, you need to go to the 2nd floor'. I went up, found a person who showed me my room and was left alone to unpack etc. feeling very weak after a major cancer operation less than 48 hours before. Not a good start. Since my father has arrived at Blenheim House Care Centre, he has gained in both mental and physical health. His walking has improved dramatically, so much so he doesn't even need a walking stick! He could hardly talk when he first came here, now he can string a sentence together. My father's health improvement is a direct result of the outstanding care of this home. Thank you and God bless.

The staff from nurses to housekeeping were so caring and competent. Everyone person couldn't do enough for yu and for the care of my husband. The rooms, facilities and gardens were amazing and of the highest standard.

Overall an excellent facility. Some issues with the timing of medication being applied and laundry being lost but overall an excellent service and level of care is provided. We made a very good choice for my Mum with Blenheim House. Cost is high but probably set right for level for care and facilities.

I am only in about twice a month but I always feel comfortable bringing my young children in to visit. The cafe area is really nice to bring them to. I really like the activities for visits which consist of fireworks evening, coffee mornings, xmas fayre etc.
