Get directionsMy dad was brought in at the beginning of 2020, as he needed round the clock care. The staff were immediately on hand to help, from getting him from the car to getting him comfortable in bed. I was a regular visitor and was always made welcome, even when I would make a coffee in the middle of a busy mealtime. Every member of staff knew my name, even if I wasn't sure of theirs. Unfortunately, my dad passed away last Friday (14/02/2020) and they were wonderfully sympathetic. All the staff had lovely things to say about him, bu... read more
We have been using the Friendship Room to have gospel meetings for the residents. The manager has a care for the individual need of each resident. The service and hospitality couldn't have been better, we are very thankful for this opportunity to reach out to the needs of the old people. Thank you!
The Memory Cafe is superb. When users hear the music, they remember the songs and their faces come alive. One particular lady has a wonderful smile. Their eyes start to look around. My husband has dementia and being able to access this is amazing. He looks forward to each session. It is so important for people in the community to be able to meet the residents and vice versa!
For the fourteen days I spent there, I could not have been more cared for and welcomed.
The staff team are just lovely, my Nana loves it. It's pretty, quiet and the food is great. She has company if needed, help if needed and really nice food. Thank you guys, I sleep much better knowing she's here. Highly recommend, it's not like you imagine from the old days now. Thanks.
My mother came in for respite care, unfortunately, her husband died whilst she was in there. She will now be staying permanently. I think the care is excellent. Day trips, entertainment, gardening club, all sorts. My stepfather was in Blenheim for 3 days palliative until he died. I can only say he was cared for with love.
Dad has really enjoyed his time at Blenheim House. Everyone is so friendly and the care is very good. I always feel I can relax when he's there on respite. They have trips out and there is always something going on to interest him.
They are all very friendly, caring and helpful. My grandad is very happy and settled. Lovely grounds and rooms it feels like a hotel very easy going and relaxed.
Fantastic staff, so friendly and helpful all the time. Beautiful rooms, always clean and feel homely. Nice communal areas and so lovely that you can visit and enjoy tea and cake together - such a normal touch but means a lot. The garden area is a nice bonus too. But most of all my friend is settled and content and I am not at all worried for his well being here. They really treat him well.
