The staff are extremely helpful and caring nothing is too much trouble. During a bout of illness, nothing again was too much to ask the staff spent a lot of time and patience with mum.

When it was decided that mum needed to go into care, we looked at several in the area. When I walked into Blenheim House without prior arrangement, it was evident immediately that it was a home of the highest standards. I was treated with compassion, respect and integrity by all staff, when mum moved into Blenheim House, my initial findings were superseded as the care and kindness was way above all expectations. Dad has advanced dementia and gets very anxious. He has visibly relaxed since being here and has given some respite to the family as a result. All staff are calm and friendly and always have time to chat. Of particular note would be the dementia lead and the receptionist downstairs. The only downside is it's a little too expensive, even for a 5 star!

I found Blenheim House Care Centre very welcoming and really caring staff. Well situated on the main road from Melksham to Bath. Ideal for non-car owners as there is a bus stop right outside.
Mum has only been at Blenheim House for a couple of months but has settled in so well and is very happy here. The staff have all been so welcoming and are always ready and willing to help.
Happy, content and relieved how my mother is so well looked after in her later years.

A modern facility maintained and cleaned to a high standard. Comfortable rooms of a comfortable size, able to accommodate some of my mother's own furniture. Excellent staff who cared for my mother and our family with genuine care and empathy. I felt Mum was in a comfortable, safe, caring environment.
First impression fo the home is good. Staff on front desk excellent very knowledgeable about the home and facilities. Dealt with question and enquiries very professionally. The facilities in the home are very good. The home is clean and well kept, food is good, staff friendly. The cafe area is excellent for the family. Laundry was an issue, clothes often missing.
When we arrived four or five staff greeted my husband and said "Welcome Back" (his second stay). He was well looked after and a carer helped with his morning showers. I had lunch with him on the day he arrived and on the day after I returned from a short holiday and enjoyed an excellent well presented lunch on each occasion. I appreciate his chance of a break in such attractive surroundings as caring can be tiring when one is 86.
