The whole affair around my Father-in-law who passed away in late December, could not have been handled any better anywhere. All of the family were so grateful for the way in which all the staff treated us all at a very emotional time.

I cannot thank all the staff for their love and care for my father, especially during the last few days of his life and I could not have wished him to be in a better place. They not only cared for him as they would have done for their own family, but the level of care shown for myself and the rest of the family during this time was excellent.

My wife spent her last few weeks at this centre. She had serious physical problems and her mental capacity was severely affected by her medical drugs. At all times the centre staff did their best to maintain her dignity and comfort level. They exhibited a high level of personal involvement and concern. We, as a family, moved our loved one into this nursing home to be closer to us all and from the moment we stepped in, without prior appointment, through the doors we were welcomed warmly and shown around the premises. We met staff and residents who were all very relaxed and friendly. The rooms are all spacious en-suite and adorned with resident's own personal effects. Following a move from another care home, I was worried how my mum would settle. Within two weeks she is comfortable, happy and settled. A recent visit by the wonderful activity lady saw two rabbits sitting on her bed! She enjoyed this experience and all the care she is being given by all staff at Blenheim House Care Centre. Thank you, everyone.

I think this is a very good home with lots of activities taking place. All of the staff here are very helpful, friendly and go above and beyond to help. I feel very safe and happy here. I especially enjoy the trips out as it is nice to get out for a change.

I have found all the staff looking after me during my stay (following a total knee replacement operation) so helpful, friendly and professional- which certainly speeded up my recovery. The activities and entertainment provided was of a high standard and was much enjoyed by all the residents. She food menus were varied and very tasty.

My husband has been in Blenheim House Care Centre since July 2015. He has always been treated with the utmost respect for all his personal and nursing needs. The home always keeps me informed if he falls poorly or requires anything. As a family, we are always welcome into the home and have attended many of the functions the home run, also the regular relative meets.

After a rather shaky start, greeted by 'are you the new bag lady?' ...'no I'm a patient' ... 'well, you need to go to the 2nd floor'. I went up, found a person who showed me my room and was left alone to unpack etc. feeling very weak after a major cancer operation less than 48 hours before. Not a good start.
