I received a flyer advertisement in the mail from Blue Brick for a no cost low rate refinance. In these times of stricter lending laws, my experience was positive. I was assigned Julie A******* as my processor. She has kept in constant contact and responds to emails and phone calls in a timely manner. My experience with Julie was so positive I requested her for my next refinance !

I absolutely have had very positive experience with Blue Brick. Three people there who I have worked with are all professional, efficient and with good faith. They have done a very good job for me, and have provided me a good rate and for a no cost loan as advertised. Theresa was excellent and awesome. She stayed with me walking through all the time, and always was on my side thinking. She followed up with me and answered all my questions very quickly and thoroughly. All in all a good experience. Communication was lacking at times, but Julie was always great to get back to us with questions and make sure we were well informed - pleasure to work with! End of the day, loan was funded, helpful group of folks to work with - I would recommend to a friend!

I have just completed refinancing my home and would, without hesitation, recommend Blue Brick Financial for your financing needs. We had one slight delay because of the unfortunate passing of our loan officer, but once Julie Anderson took our file and started the process, it went without a hitch and she went above and beyond to make sure it was completed as fast as possible. In regards to no cost refinancing, they really mean it...even going as far as paying my VA funding fee....so my actual cost was really $0...and the APR ... read more
