I recently finished my second refi with Blue Brick, and I have to say they impressed me more the second time than the first. Julie Anderson did an amazing job to let me know exactly where I was in the whole process, and ensured that nothing was missed. They were able to give me great advice regarding my loan and what was the best option for me. I will definitely do business with them again, and I will send anyone that needs to refi their way as well.

Whitney Shetterly was very helpful through the entire process of refinancing! I was pleasantly surprised as I had read mixed review about Blue Brick Financial. Whitney was friendly and answered all my questions in a timely manner by email or phone. Most of the things I read is that they are slow in their processing, but I found it was due to our time frames that things went slowly because we weren't as responsive or took our time getting back to them. The entire process was very smooth and would recommend them to anyone.

I've been very pleased to work with the Blue Brick Financial team. They expedited my loan and I got a very low rate with no closing costs. Whitney, Roger, and Aaron were easy to work with and closed in less than a month. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or refi.

I was a little skeptical at first about a "no cost" mtg. loan. But after speaking with Paul at Blue Brick financial he explained how they are able provide the product. The entire process went very smooth with minimal effort on our part. Thanks to all with extra kudos for Theresa Tarango..good Job!

I was a little skeptical at first about a "no cost" mtg. loan. But after speaking with Paul at Blue Brick financial he explained how they are able provide the product. The entire process went very smooth with minimal effort on our part. Thanks to all with extra kudos for Theresa Tarango..good Job!

It was weird that you made the loan refinance without being face to face with a broker. Blue Brick is that kind of company. Every document was sent and received electronically. There's no cost for this refinance. I would like mention Mary Branco who is the Sr. loan processor in BBF. She helped collect the necessary documents, answered my questions and made it so my re-finance case could be closed ASAP. I would give her a thumbs up.
