Complaint: My complaint is misleading information. We are good borrowers and have never been turned down on a loan before. Our credit is strong, we have equity in our home, solid income and steady income. The appraiser appraised are home and seem to come in with a chip on his shoulder from the get go. He made a handful of negative comments about our house while inspecting. He appraised our home and then listed it as over improved. We just built our home so it seemed a bit odd. I worked with Blue Brick Financial. Julie Anderson was my Sr. Mortgage Processor. She was fast and very professional. They promised to close in 40 days and they beat the target. My interest rate decreased and I was able to get rid of my mortgage insurance. This was the fastest and smoothest refinance I have ever experienced. For the signing of the final documents, they sent someone to my house, saving me time and effort. Good work Julie!

My interest rate decreased and I was able to get rid of my mortgage insurance. This was the fastest and smoothest refinance I have ever experienced. Blue brick was very professional from start to finish. Everything they said would happen, happened. It was probably the best mortgage experience I have had. Melisa D**** was outstanding. She answered her phone every time I called and offered alternative contact info when she knew she would be away. I would highly recommend Melisa and blue brick financial.

I just closed a refinance with Blue Brick (Roger B*******) and they were professional and took care of things in a timely manner. They also offered better rates (with no fees) as compared to several other lenders (including credit unions). I had some past challenges and they worked around them. Melisa D**** was my processor and always answered her mobile phone and got back answers quickly. She was great.
