Blue brick was very professional from start to finish. Everything they said would happen, happened. It was probably the best mortgage experience I have had. Melisa D**** was outstanding. She answered her phone every time I called and offered alternative contact info when she knew she would be away. I would highly recommend Melisa and blue brick financial.

Almost 2 months exactly to refinance our home. Everything done by e-mail or fax except final closing papers which were brought to our home by a "floating notary" . A whole new experience for us..."seniors". Julie and Mike handled our process very efficiently with only one glitch when a document didn't go through the fax and I only found out about it when I followed up several days later...only a few extra days added to the process. As promised in the mailing we received: no closing costs!

I received a letter in the mail from Blue Brick Financial about potentially refinancing my home. Being that it would be at no cost to me with no application fee, no out of pocket costs at all plus be able to get a lower interest rate along with no PMI anymore, I was a bit skeptical.
