I have used Blue Brick Financial twice now and I have to tell you that I am sold. I have never had anyone call me after a deal to say they got a better interest rate for me, knowing last year I needed to pull a second mortgage, they kept in contact one year later to tell me they could finally do it. They kept the notes and came back around as promised with a better interest rate and no fees. I can't tell you enough how this has changed my life this year. At first the person I was working with needed prompting to move things along. That person left the company and then I got Rebecca A******* to work with. She was excellent. If I had had her from the start, it would be five stars. Refi went quick after that and as advertised. If you refi with them, I recommend you request her.

Absolute positive experience with Blue Brick refinance. From Roger B******* to Aron B***** to Theresa D****** and James J*******, all nice professional efficient people , they delivered what they promised . Theresa D****** followed up with me and answered all my questions in a timely manner, she is awesome . I do recommend doing business with Blue Brick.

Complaint: I received a letter from them around the middle of February to refinance my home.for 3 months I sent them pages and pages of requests from them. 1099,s, 2013,2014,2015 income tax returns,my clearing house wells fargo income statements,release so they can contact the irs,a statement from social security,all my bank records. when I called chris seago the boss was told they had what was needed. after over 3 months I sent them an e-mail just to forget it and please send all my personal information back to me. the resp... read more
