They had the best rates and for no cost loans. They do a very thorough job, which means you need to have all your information available. Julie Anderson was great and I still email back and forth with her. We actually refinanced our residence and a rental home.

I have used Blue Brick Financial twice now and I have to tell you that I am sold. I have never had anyone call me after a deal to say they got a better interest rate for me, knowing last year I needed to pull a second mortgage, they kept in contact one year later to tell me they could finally do it. They kept the notes and came back around as promised with a better interest rate and no fees. I can't tell you enough how this has changed my life this year.
