I have been extremely satisfied with my experience through Blue Brick Financial. There were a lot of of hiccups along the way (half of them were my fault), but my loan processor, Julie A*******, worked tirelessly to get the issues resolved and get my loan closed. It was a no cost refi and I pulled cash out. I am a very happy camper!

Blue Brick Financial has been very responsive when they did my refinance. The process went very smooth and along the way when I had a past residential address issue messed up in public records, they have taken care of that too. Great company to refinance with.

Complaint: Use this company to refi the loan on the investment property. After providing all the necessary documents and loan approval they denied to deliver on the rates they have offered me in writing... Their explanation from Loan Officer James was- we did not lock the rate... First, I let go other opportunity to get my refi done with blue brick financial as they have given me written estimate( earlier known as GFE) as their rate were competitive.
