Bluebrick Financial did a phenomenal job in providing me a refi within a four week time frame. Carrie in the office is awesome and answered all of my pesky questions. Do no hesitate to utilize their services. It is simple, concise, and professional. They walk you through the process and assist in getting over any glitches that might arise. Yeh, they are real good at the no cost refi.

Complaint: We opted to refinance our home through Blue Brick Financial because of their excellent BBB rating. Instead, we have spent $400 on our 'no cost refi', have no refi and haven't heard from our contact at Blue Brick despite repeated attempts from us.We did everything that was asked of us in order to refinance our home, including front the appraisal fee which we were assured would be refunded as a part of the refinance process. My experience with this company was very positive. They were most persistent,worked long and hard and made the extra effort required to obtain a favorable mortgage for me. I appreciate their efforts as well as the professional manner in which they conduct business.

Takes a lot for me to give a 1 star review, but Blue Brick sure did earn it! Blue Brick Financial strung me along for more than 3 months (for a refi on a 6 mo. old mortgage) before issuing a one sentence denial--a denial citing a reason that didn't apply to my application. The customer service side of the shop would constantly try to smooth things over and offer to reach out on my behalf to the "people that make the decisions." Takes a lot for me to give a 1 star review, but Blue Brick sure did earn it! I got a letter from them promising a rate of 3.5% with no closing costs. When I called, the loan officer was so nice and friendly, but he said the best rate he could lock me at was 3.69%, but promised to lower it if rates decreased. When I heard that rates had dropped, I called my loan officer's assistant asking him to check with the the loan officer that lured me in on the first call to inquire. The assistant had the loan officer call me. He was less than friendly, and offered to lock me in at a higher rate than I was alrea... read more

I have been working with Blue Brick Financial last year in getting a refinance on my house and was working with Carrie F****r and Cris S****, they ran my credit report so many times and Carrie email me last year that she was getting it all fin****d up with the lender as of today 6/27/2016, we have never hear or email from her.
