Complaint: We opted to refinance our home through Blue Brick Financial because of their excellent BBB rating. Instead, we have spent $400 on our 'no cost refi', have no refi and haven't heard from our contact at Blue Brick despite repeated attempts from us.We did everything that was asked of us in order to refinance our home, including front the appraisal fee which we were assured would be refunded as a part of the refinance process.
