I contacted Blue Brick financial as they had sent me a form letter soliciting a 3.25 % refinance. I called two days after I received the letter and was told the offer was 3.75%. I indicated the letter said 3.25% and I was told the letters are shipped out without any real knowledge of the true interest rate. I proceeded anyway.
