Complaint: I received a flyer in the mail claiming a good interest rate with no cost to re-finance. The flyer stated "You will pay ZERO closing cost, absolutely no fees period-No catch. We pay them all, including appraisal". After sending all my personal information, one of the processing requirements was to advance the fees for the appraisal, which would supposedly be credited back at loan closing. Our new mortgage loan closed last night. To say I am impressed is an understatement! We tried to refinance our existing ARM twice with national companies in the last seven months and finally had to throw in the towel as they asked for a never ending stream documents! We received their letter in the mail and after trying 2 other larger institutions we decided this company would work for our needs. We are so glad we answered their letter! The service is amazing! They really are "no fee". All of the employees we worked with were there to answer our questions and concerns that came up during the process. We really enjoyed working with Blue Brick Financial.
We decided to go with Blue Brick Financial for a refinance of our mortgage. So glad we did! their "no-cost" re-fi is REALLY no-cost, and they are on the ball, fast and so awesome to work with. Complaint: I contacted Blue Brick Financial about refinancing our home in March of this year. I supplied them with the necessary information, then waited for them to respond. I waited a week, then called them. I was told they were very busy but would be contacting me shortly. I waited another week then called and emailed again. Excellent Service! Had tried two other BIG outfits and you end up dealing with people that can't read or understand tax returns or don't know anything about the self-employed. They answered all my questions up front before spending my money! Everything went timely and the closing was professional. Our experience with Blue Brick Financial was a number 10!
