We kenneled both of our dogs for a week with Blue valley animal hospital, to our surprise both dogs had gotten a case of Kennel Cough. When picking them up they were "sorry" but only decided to charge us half off for the medicine. I'm no business owner but if I were at fault for the dogs getting sick I would not charge for medicine for a disease caused at the kennel. Better off (and cheaper) to hire a dog sitter than leaving your pooches here. Won't make that mistake again. DO NOT KENNEL YOUR DOGS HERE.
DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Went on a trip for two weeks and trusted this place to take care of my little corgi. When I came to pick him up on the day and time promised (called to confirm night before) they would not let me get him. They wouldn't give me a reason why and when I said okay well just let me SEE that my dog is okay they wouldn't bring him out.
