Bluebird Care have supported my father for a long time and the care and support is exceptional, carers manage complex and challenging situations with empathy, dignity and compassion even when faced with some truly trying circumstances. I have complete faith in his safety and am able to work and continue with my own life knowing his needs are always well met. Bluebird carers are all friendly and happy they are very caring. They do an amazing job looking after me . I look forward to them coming . All happy to do any tasks that I ask . Nothing too much trouble .
I have recently had my annual review with Bluebird to ensure the care package for my Mum meets her needs. I have already been contacted to make amendments and been given contacts I require myself.The carers who look after my Mum are amazing and treat her with such dignity and respect. I sleep well at night knowing my Mum is well cared for.Just wanted to say a huge Thank You for everything you do.

I was very satisfied with the care given to my husband whilst I was having a break with my daughter. Our care organiser was very helpful and friendly. She also kept me informed that my husband was well and happy, which was great. As I never actually met the carers I can only take my husbands opinion. Thank you for your help.

Overall care is good. Occasionally carer late but tries to complete all tasks.

We've been users of Bluebird for two months and unfortunately have not yet been assigned to a regular team. We can have six different carers over a seven day period which in terms of privacy and dignity, for my husband, isn't very good. Scheduling can be very short notice . At times only a couple of days in advance which can be quite stressful. All of the carers are very professional, friendly and efficient and I would certainly rate them 10 out of 10. Never had any negative issues with any of them.

Very pleased with the care and support provided for my husband while I was away on holiday. The carers were friendly and provided a caring service. The staff at Bluebird provide an excellent and friendly service. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I stay in the home with my friend quite often when she visits her Dad. I have known my friends father for over 40 years and am part of the family. We have been there over Easter. I just wanted to thank all the care workers who look after my friends father. They are always smiling and friendly. They are very professional and really give that feeling that they care. Nothing is too much for them and they chat to my friends father as if they know him so well. A big thank you to Bluebird.
