The carers are all lovely. They will do anything you ask them. They are great to talk to. Unfortunately the office and coordinators are useless. I have told them repeatedly to not move my tea time to past 6 o' clock as we cook a home cooked meal and this means I'm not eating till after 7pm at night. The social workers have also told them several times not to do this and here we are again, it's been moved past 6 o'clock. I'm also supposed to have a shopping call each week. I would not recommend this care company based on my personal experience over 3 days and that I have sent in a letter of concern and had no response. My father was taken to hospital against doctor's wishes as the person he was visiting had tested positive for Covid. This put all at risk. My father was told to put his socks on at 94, very dangerous as he could have toppled over. My father was taken for a shower and his personal alarm was not put back on. We approached Bluebird care as my mother has Alzheimer's disease. She recently had a fall and is unable to bathe herself and wash her hair. We asked Bluebird care to provide mum with a shower once a week. The first visit somebody came round to her house but did not shower her.
