We've been delighted how things have gone since Mum's live in carer started. The standard of care has been excellent, and Mum's carer has really understood Mum's likes and preferences, so that everything is done the way Mum likes it. Mum really likes her carer, and we both think she is excellent.

On discharge from hospital, Mum was provided with a home care package for 6 weeks. She quickly developed very positive relationships with her carers and spoke highly of them. It was particularly helpful as Mum can be very shy, and certainly not used to having "strangers" around. At the end of the 6 weeks our family were happy to see the improvement in Mum.

Bluebird have been looking after my mum for 2 years now. This year she has needed significantly more care and her carers have been absolutely amazing. Mum loves her carers, as she is now housebound having someone to talk too throughout her day is a great help. Any problems are resolved as quickly as possible, They reply to my emails, texts very quickly. Highly recommend

Dad has three main carers who are AMAZING if you care for my dad Michael in Hemsby this is for you. I am absolutely delighted with all of the care provided to my Mum and myself by the Bluebird team, not only the carers but also from the managers and admin staff. We have been with Bluebird Care for several years now for the care of my father. He has been satisfied with the care received and always seems to get along with the carers who come out. They are respectful, kind and patient with him and he enjoys the rapport. Whilst there have been a couple of minor concerns during this long time I have always found management easily reachable, quick to act, and always with my fathers dignity and standard of care at the forefront. For these reasons I would recommend Bluebird Care.

The care that my husband gets from Blue Bird care is excellent.all the carers that we have are polite ,respectful and first class. they look after my husband as i would . nothing is too much trouble could not wish for better service than what they give

I'd never had any experience of using outside services for my mother's personal care so didn't know what to expect or what my mother's reaction would be. I was happy that she had the same carer who was patient, caring and always in good spirit which put my mother at ease and I could hear them laughing while she was receiving care.

Highly recommend the Bluebird team , my 93 year old Dad was treated so well by the whole Bluebird care team. He had a team of regular carers that he really liked and was fond of. They never missed a visit, they were always on time and would stay longer to sort any important issues if required. They treated him with respect and kindness and had a laugh and a joke too.
