Getting used to strangers coming into the house to shower your client has been difficult as I have always seen after him myself, nice, friendly young men, I am gradually coming to terms with the need for them.

I was so worried about using carers for my mum but we couldn't cope on our own anymore. I would recommend Bluebird Care to anyone with no qualms. Each and every one of your staff has been absolutely brilliant with Mum, even taking time to chat with me if I have rang Mum whilst the carer has been there, I have yet to meet anyone face to face but I go in at lunchtime. My mum has had Bluebird Care since August helping with the things she struggles with, though she can do a lot for herself it's still a comfort for her to have some make life a bit easier and have a chat and the carers are all really lovely people. It's also reassuring for us, the family, that someone is keeping an eye on her and via the app, we get the schedule of which carer and what time they will be visiting Mum and also, we can check their notes too. Mum has had Bluebird Care helping her since September and I can't thank them enough. The care they have shown Mum is really appreciated by both myself and Mum. We used Bluebird Care Home Care for my mum while we were on holiday in Gorleston on Sea. We were very pleased with everything. The carers were so helpful and friendly which put my mum at ease and were excellent with her. Fantastic service and great carers. Bluebird Care is excellent. The carers are doing a wonderful job of looking after my elderly father, they are very attentive to his needs and nothing is too much trouble. Likewise, the supervisors always respond quickly to answer any questions and are very helpful. I am extremely happy with the care that Dad is receiving and feel that Dad has the very best with Bluebird.

The care of my father during the final few weeks of his life was simply superb. The two main carers were wonderful help and support not only for my father but for the famil. One was quite amazing and went the extra mile every time. Kind, thoughtful and really did care.
