We used Bluebird Care Home Care for my mum while we were on holiday in Gorleston on Sea. We were very pleased with everything. The carers were so helpful and friendly which put my mum at ease and were excellent with her. Fantastic service and great carers. We will be returning next year for a holiday and will definitely be using Bluebird Care again. Thank you.

Bluebird Care is excellent. The carers are doing a wonderful job of looking after my elderly father, they are very attentive to his needs and nothing is too much trouble. Likewise, the supervisors always respond quickly to answer any questions and are very helpful. I am extremely happy with the care that Dad is receiving and feel that Dad has the very best with Bluebird.

The care of my father during the final few weeks of his life was simply superb. The two main carers were wonderful help and support not only for my father but for the famil. One was quite amazing and went the extra mile every time. Kind, thoughtful and really did care.

Bluebird Care has been a breath of fresh air, they are on time, professional, caring and cared for my dad, who has dementia.

Good level of care. The client is treated with dignity and respect. No rush. Staff friendly and competent. Supervisors are quick to respond to calls and queries. Staff use appropriate Personal protective equipment (PPE) to reduce the risk of infection. My mother appreciates listening to chat and local news.

Bluebird Care has been brilliant for my husband. They do personal care and companionship visits with him and he is always happy to see them. The carers are fantastic, they really support him being independent and have a good chat with him. The office staff always try very hard to accommodate any changes.

It would be good if it was just two or three regular carers instead of a different carer on each visit. Dad has dementia and he finds it confusing.
