the team and management are very attentive, caring, helpful and always on the end of the phone. Gives me peace of mind. Always provide feedback and information. They make suggestions for what is needed for my mother. Very happy with the care given.

I find the carers very helpful. They always ask me, after doing my legs and making me a drink, if there is anything else I would like them to do. They are quite willing to do anything and nothing is too much trouble. I believe I have a very good net of carers.

The carers have been fantastic throughout my time using the service. Staff are friendly, professional and go above and beyond to ensure the welfare of clients. In my instance, repeatedly contacting outside agencies to ensure that an infection was treated by a nurse- an infection I would not have known about if not for the understanding and knowledge of the carers. Bluebird Care have provided excellent service since Mum was discharged from hospital, enabling her to stay independent in her own home. My carer was excellent, friendly and helpful. Came to Bluebird for temporary home care, and all my needs were met. Nothing was too much. I looked forward to having my visits with her; she was always on time.
