All of our experience of Bluebird Care is positive. - Carers are polite, clean and respectful. - Communication between us and the office is very good. - The office are always accommodating if there is a need to cancel or arrange a call. - The fees are high compared to other companies, but we feel we get the service we pay for.

I have been impressed by the consistent quality of the visiting carers and head office staff. They are friendly, loving and professional. The reporting app is very useful in keeping up to date. Bluebird are very responsive to the various changes which are typical of domiciliary care.

I would rate this supplier of care as excellent. As even when there was confusion over when they thought that my husband cancelled my lunchtime visit, they looked on their rota and replaced it within 90 minutes. The girls are very well-trained and seem to know how to handle every situation and they are all so friendly.
