Bluebird Care have been absolutely incredible in caring for my mum. Mum had a deep-rooted fear of caregivers, shaped by difficult experiences in her past. She had created a "movie" in her mind about what being cared for would mean, and it was a movie based on fear rather than truth. Exceptional care for my mum over the 4 months to the run up to her hospital admission. The careers and co ordinator are very thoughtful and kind. Providing advice and solutions for problems. Highly recommend
When my husband was diagnosed with end-stage heart disease we wanted him to stay at home but realised it'd be hard and we'd need good support. After much research, we opted for Bluebird - and are so pleased we did. We called our criteria 'the three Es': experience, expertise and empathy. All of our experience of Bluebird Care is positive. - Carers are polite, clean and respectful. - Communication between us and the office is very good. - The office are always accommodating if there is a need to cancel or arrange a call. - The fees are high compared to other companies, but we feel we get the service we pay for.

I have been impressed by the consistent quality of the visiting carers and head office staff. They are friendly, loving and professional. The reporting app is very useful in keeping up to date. Bluebird are very responsive to the various changes which are typical of domiciliary care.
