We contacted Bluebird at very short notice when Mum urgently needed care. Bluebird responded swiftly, efficiently and professionally. They guided us through everything and we had carers attending the very next day. Bluebird have helped my family with providing live-in care for our Mum, who has recently been diagnosed dementia. They made the process easy from the start and provided us with the reassurance needed. The carer Ashy was assigned to our Mum as a live-in carer. My parents have used Bluebird for over two years and the Bluebird carers we have encountered (and the office staff too) have been very friendly and professional and mindful of their needs. After starting initially with an hour's visit per day to assist my mother (then 92) both my father (then 95) and mother were cared for with daily hours gradually increasing until May 2024 when we needed full time 24/7 care at home.
