Bluebird Care Hounslow provided my aunt with consistent professional care and domestic services and I would highly recommend them. Both the carers who attended my aunt at home and the excellent staff in the office coordinating the service have all been kind and always go the extra mile to be of help. For example, when my aunt was unwell and needed paramedics to attend, staff ensured safe care, reassurance and stayed with her throughout. I am very happy with all the girls. All that they do for me is excellent. They all follow a good routine and carry out all the tasks very well.
I'm very happy with my care. The girls that come to me are very happy and polite. I have no problems and I get on well with them.
