Overall, I cannot fault the commitment Bluebird demonstrate in supporting and caring for my Godmother. Office staff very friendly and helpful. But often seem rushed/under pressure. Sometimes delay responding to my emails. OpenPass app is extremely useful for us to view the carer's notes for the day, but it does not 'refresh' and sometimes gives the incorrect time of the start/end of the visit. This is extremely disconcerting - particularly when an hours' visit looks like 5 minutes?
Bluebird has looked after my mum for 3 years now with little or no problems. After a spell in hospital, they have adjusted the care plan to suit very quickly and adapted to my mums needs well.
My mother was only with Bluebird Care for a short period before needing to go into hospital and then onto a care home for 24-hour care. We were extremely pleased with the care provided by the team, who were professional, understanding and caring. They were punctual but if the need or a crisis arose, arranged for a carer to stay longer. We would certainly recommend their services.

I had an operation on my shoulder which meant I had to have my right arm in a sling for six weeks. It is extremely difficult to do many day to day activities with only one hand. Bluebird carers come in every morning and helped me put my socks on (impossible with one hand) and make me some breakfast. They did both duties with unfailing good humour. Thanks to them I recovered faster. Thank you.

The staff are all very professional, clean and tidy and will do anything you ask for. It is great to get a cup of coffee in bed in the morning.
We were very pleased with the care provided by Bluebird. They were very quick and easy to engage, and the carers assigned were excellent. This was very welcome at a time when our friend (the service user) was confused and finding his way after a very sudden health deterioration.
