I have found Bluebird Care (Lewes) to be friendly and reliable. The home care service means I can stay safely in my own home and have company.

Carers very good, kind and helpful. They care for my husband very well indeed. My only problem is with timing of visits. I like to keep a regular routine but timings can vary by up to two hours within the same week. I have asked to have appointments stabilised but without success.

I contacted Bluebird Care for help with my mother who has dementia. There have been continuous miscommunications and constant changes to schedules, times and carers. It is extremely disappointing and upsetting as so many promises were made regarding what help could be given. In my opinion, Bluebird Care are struggling with their administration, they seem unable to send or reply to emails. There is clearly a management issue. In the end , two carers visited my mother.
