We used Bluebird carers when my husband was ill approx 4 years ago and so when I needed homecare for a broken leg, we naturally contracted BB again- easy to arrange, happy to be flexible and accommodate specific requests eg times of visits, unusual jobs such as watering outdoor plants or short dog walk Carers were always respectful, friendly and patient and before leaving, would check if everything was done. Carers are kind & attentive Carers respond to requests & proactive in the main. Easy to contact office to make complaints or give suggestions. Reliable - come on time generally. Reassuring level of support for my mother (peace of mind when I am away from the house.)
