The staff who attended my husband were prompt, cheerful and treated him with kindness and respect. He enjoyed his outings with them and was sorry when they had to go.

I had an amazing time recently. I arranged to be taken Christmas shopping. My time and carer were arranged to my chosen shop. My carer was very diligent and ensured I was safe at all times, and made my trip very enjoyable.

I find the caring very good, the carers very respectful, smart and clean. An occasional hiccup with the timing and altering of the carer. On the whole very good. It must be accepted that changes have to be made. Keep up the good work.

The Bluebird staff and management were very caring and looked after our mother and wife during the period leading to her passing, with the greatest of kindness and treated her with the utmost dignity. They were always cheerful and also reliable, arriving at the time specified. We recommend them highly.

Bluebird Care is really very good, i cannot fault them at all. I have got my 82 year old dad out of a care home and got him home to be in a more safe place. I was worried as before i had some very negative experinces with another company in the Frome area. The care teams are very professional and really care and make an extra effort to understand. They all run off an app system that keeps the whole process very effective and very on it. I think in this day and age a system like the care at home needs very good care in place ... read more

The help I have received has been extremely helpful in the situation I find myself in. There has never been a time when anything is too much trouble and although I do find it difficult to ask for help the care team made it very easy to ask and don't make me feel awkward. Also the management have been very easy to deal with as well. My experience has been very good.

My wife had advanced dementia/Alzheimer's which was getting difficult to manage myself. Your team of carers came in and between them managed to care for my wife and take the pressure off despite having to cope with a very loud and agitated client. All staff showed care, patience and dignity. Always on time with a friendly smile. The lady in charge was exceptional. Well done and thank you.

On the whole, we are very pleased with Mum's quality of care. To improve the service even more, Bluebird Care could; - Inform the client of a change in care, particularly if new to the client. - Ensure the carer is present in the home for the pull time paid. - The carer to always be proactive in interacting with the client and not taking notes on her phone (really irritates my mum).

My first experience of non-family carers has been very good. Communication skills have worked well and overall, the care and willingness have been exceptional.
