Bluebird has been looking after my father-in-law for over 12 months and we are very satisfied with the care and service he is receiving. The carers are very friendly and diligent in their duties, and any issues that occur are dealt with very quickly by the manager, communicated to the team, and solutions quickly put in place. The admin team keep us up to date with any changes to the schedule and are happy to help with any changes required. I rang Bluebird Care Northumberland South for care out of desperation on a bank holiday weekend and was spoken to by a charming woman who told me that the care manager would ring the following morning. On the dot the following morning she rang and was extremely helpful and so very kind. I knew straight away that this was going to work. The manager and her care team supported my mum during her move and settlement into her new home. They have all shown both care and compassion towards her many needs and the manager has also been a great support to me during this time, in work hours and after hours, so a big thank you. Although my Mum only required their care for a short time, unfortunately, she really appreciated the carers' kindness, when dealing with her. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bluebird to anyone in the future.
