A very pleasant lady who made mum's review easy. She recommended a few things to be put into place to make mum's life easier and enable to her to stay at home longer.

Very good standard of care. Costs now very high (30% increase in 2 years!) so it is doubtful if we could recommend to anyone other than the wealthy.
My husband and I had a viral infection. It was severe in its effects on us both mentally and physically. We are 88 and 84 respectively. The carers were invaluable at the start of our recovery when we were almost completely incapable. The carers were: practical, pleasant, willing and did their tasks competently.
