All carers have been helpful, polite to the client, mostly on time (unless circumstances make it impossible) and caring. They have been alert to any caring problems and supportive. My husband enjoys their company and chats (although speech for him is limited). I am happy to leave him in their cate for bathing, dressing and other duties.

Changed care company in the middle of the pandemic due to various circumstances. Couldn't be more delighted with the seamless transition of care. Dad is extremely well looked after and I am updated regularly with messages. Wish we could have given our business to a local based company earlier.

Fantastic care for my Mum. They are consistent and reliable and always there to help. They work with us in every way to give Mum the best care we can. Communication is great and the carers truly care. Mum has Parkinson’s and has deteriorated greatly over the 6 years we’ve been using Bluebird. They have been with us every step of the way and I can’t fault them.
