Though we have not been using Bluebird for long, the service so far has been brilliant. The care staff are all very friendly and personable, and communication from the administrative team has been excellent.

My mother looks forward to the Bluebird carers coming each day. They are all very pleasant and communicate well if there are any issues that I need to be aware of. The management team are easy to deal with, helpful and responsive. Highly recommended.

My mum-in-law, who is 97, needs more help and assistance and cannot be on her own during the day. I will shortly be returning to work and wanted to get mum's care during the day settled before I return. I have been very impressed with the level of service. Everyone is warm, friendly and very professional when dealing with mum. She is very happy and comfortable with the level of care she is receiving.

I would certainly tell friends and neighbours about your services as I am very pleased with mine. At this moment my friends seemed to have family nearby to see to their needs. Over the last few months, I have had a regular carer who is a very kind and friendly lady. She works very hard and is so cheerful she makes my day brighter.

Having experienced other care companies I find Bluebird Care to be exceptionally well managed and run by the most capable and helpful staff. They are always easy to contact and are kind and thoroughly efficient. The care staff are always cheery, kind and could not be more thorough in their difficult tasks carried out with complete professionalism and much care and attention. A caring and professional company. Top Class.
