We have been satisfied from the start. All the carers have been cheerful, amusing and have been keen to satisfy our needs. Using a variety of carers, rather than one dedicated, has been uplifting and stimulating by getting to know them better.
Carers polite and courteous. Good communication. Good timekeeping. Very good and helpful service.
