My mother has had daily visits from Bluebird since May 2017, to help her wash and dress each morning. The care she receives is reliable, professional and caring and helps her live independently in her own home. It also gives me peace of mind as I know that the carers will look after mum reliably. I have no hesitation in recommending Bluebird.

Bluebird Care have given us relief support whenever our regular carer needed time off for holidays and other breaks. The office staff have been very helpful and efficient and easy to work with. The carers have been friendly and professional.

The carer is doing a great job looking after my mum as a 'live in' carer. She is eating well and has put on weight, which she needed to do, since the carer started. They go for walks together and go to the shops and get on very well. The carer will also accompany my mum to various social events etc. My family and I are very pleased with the service that Bluebird Care provide.

My parents are extremely happy with the care provided. It nearly always mirrors the package agreed at the commencement of care. Carers are always polite and flexible with their attitudes and will try to offer extra help if required.
