The carers are prompt and reliable. Always pleasant and with a good sense of humour. They are all very understanding. They do their jobs thoroughly and to a high standard whilst maintaining my dignity.
If you raise a complaint, instead of rectifying it with some form of service recovery they cancel the contract. Had issues with the accounts department, terrible service from a few of the carers, and the managing director is not very helpful at all.
