Staff are very professional in their approach and always prepared to go the "extra mile" as requested.

All the carers are very friendly to Mother. It helps such a lot and she would struggle without them. Washing, dressing, showering etc.

Grateful to be consistently matched with carers who I get on so well with. Grateful for flexibility in what we do together, scrabble, baking depending on how I am. Grateful for telephone calls by office of changed plans/dates.
In April, I had an operation on my ankle. My leg was in heavy plaster and I was not allowed to put any weight on it for six weeks. Bluebird Care was able to step in and came for 6 weeks. The care ladies came each morning to help me wash and get dressed and then help me into my wheelchair. This set me up for the day and was a great help. The ladies who came were always cheerful and chatty and were willing to do anything to help. I am most grateful.
Bluebird has supplied care for my mother for a number of years now and has always managed to adjust the care as needed. They act upon any requests or changes as soon as they can and seem to try and fit personalities where possible. They do a very hard job very well. Some girls go that extra step, which is appreciated by Mum and family.
I have been using the services of Bluebird Care since last November. I have found the carers very helpful. I only use a carer once a week now mainly to help me with shopping at a supermarket. She drives me there and helps me put away goods. Then she changes my bed linen weekly. I have a carer for 1 and a half hours and not always the same girl as their holidays and other jobs have to be considered.
