Bluebird Care (Peterborough & Rutland) have been extremely good when we have needed to increase the help we receive. Everyone who has been to us is so cheerful - such an important thing! They are also quick and efficient and do what is needed very well. I don't know how we'd manage without Bluebird Care (Peterborough & Rutland) now. Perhaps, more importantly, both are sons are reassured that we are visited once a day by people who can judge our needs.
My mother always says that the staff are very pleasant, efficient and caring.
Being a very old lady (85) it is so good to have these lovely people come to see and help me.
Care review was extremely satisfactory. I am very pleased with all helpers bar one who lets the service down by smoking before parking her car and lighting up before driving off.

Every one of the carers were very kind and caring. They looked after me well and did all I required and had a good idea from for personal care.

I have been completely satisfied with the care I have received. The person who organised my care was very caring and informative. The regular information I received about the carers who were to come, and times of arrival, was very helpful. I found the 11.30 appointment rather late but the carers were always on time. They were all very cheerful and helpful. My husband and I are very grateful for the help I received.
I have found the care that Bluebird is providing to my parents to be extremely professional, reliable and efficient. All the staff are cheerful, friendly and caring. Without their regular visits my parents would be unable to stay in their own home. From my point of view I now have the backup and peace of mind knowing that the responsibility of looking after them is shared.
