I have been using the services of Bluebird Care since last November. I have found the carers very helpful. I only use a carer once a week now mainly to help me with shopping at a supermarket. She drives me there and helps me put away goods. Then she changes my bed linen weekly. I have a carer for 1 and a half hours and not always the same girl as their holidays and other jobs have to be considered.

On the whole, my father has found the carers that visit once a week very efficient. They are extremely fast at tasks and achieve a considerable amount in a short time. My father's only negative comment is that sometimes he would prefer them to spend a little more time chatting to him. Apparently, some do but mostly the focus is on the work to be done.

Staff are always very helpful and prepared to go the extra mile. At a recent event requiring an ambulance, the carer was present and took over the situation admirably keeping the client comfortable and engaged until paramedics arrived. Outstanding!!
