I have found the service Bluebird provides to be professional care with kindness. I have had several different carers but have indicated I am quite happy with this arrangement and they are all capable.

Dad looks forward to his morning visit and enjoys the carers company. They manage to do quite a lot in their short visit and always leave Dad very comfortable.

Virtually all carers have reached a high standard in the 6 months they have been coming to me and many have done more than requested. The evening meals have been well prepared and presented and everything has been washed and tidied away very well. Most have made time to have a brief chat and have shown concern for my welfare. My recent review meeting with the client community manager was thorough and helped me to consider my likely future needs.
